Federal Reserve ACH system disruption
Resolved - The US Federal Reserve's ACH system (FedACH) experienced an outage which delayed ACH processing, including US payouts, top ups, bank debits, and bank transfers. The issue is now resolved. ACH processing expected to be received March 3rd should settle later today.

Resolved - From 10:59 - 12:18 UTC, we saw elevated errors for multiple payment methods (Bancontact, Blik, iDEAL etc). The issue was external to Stripe and is now resolved.

Service disruption with a French issuing bank
Resolved - Between 06:00 - 12:47 UTC, we observed elevated failures for transactions on cards issued by a French issuing bank due to 3DS authentication errors on the Cartes Bancaires network. This issue was external to Stripe and is now resolved.
